Pension Baltazar - Mikulov

Our pension is situated in the former Jewish quarter of the Mikulov town, in the lower part of the scenic Husova Street. This street is an important part of the urban monument reserve. The old Jewish houses create fascinating scenery here, supervised by the mighty guardian of the Mikulov town and its surroundings, the old-time Dietrichstein castle. This part of Mikulov rightly belongs to the nicest dominant features of the town. The pension Baltazar arose from a sensitive restoration of a Jewish house, the history of which begins in the second half of the 19th century. During the construction works we succeeded to conserve all period elements and to preserve the late classicistic character of the house including the touch of the Jewish ambiance of the house originating from the end of the 19th century. During the house restoration we made a big effort not to disturb the spirit of the house and to create extremely spacious rooms, providing our guests with indispensable comfort, family atmosphere and an undisturbed stay.

In the pension Baltazar there are 6 spacious and comfortable rooms available with the total capacity of 15 beds with the possibility of 4 additional beds. All the rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with LCD TV, mini-bar, wireless Internet connection, hair dryer, umbrella, basic booklets about Mikulov, themed pictures. There is a private bathroom with a shower and WC in each room available. In some rooms you can find a fireplace and a bath additionally. The rooms overlook the historic castle, the scenic Husova Street or the South Moravian landscape in the direction to the Austrian border.

The pension has a private closed car park for 6 cars and also for bicycles.
